I've fallen off the face of the earth!!!!

Well here I am - been a long, long time since I posted on my blog. Oh well ---This is a fabric collage that I created for a swap that I am in. I had such great fun doing this, and I have made a few others to boot. I will post my Valentine collage next week.

But I have been creating a lot lately. My muse is in high gear, as it always seems to be in the winter months. But I think that is because I have much more time to create and have fun trying out new techniques and materials.

Hubby and I have been hitting the antique shops lately, but with not much success. Seems that everything is priced way too high. I really think that all the television programs that they have on like American Pickers, Pawn Stars, Cash and Cari etc, etc. have driven the prices us. People think that everything is worth a million dollars. When in actuality not so. Oh well. Off to make dinner. See ya!!!!!

I'm in the Swap For All Seasons group as well. It's fun to see all the wonderful creativity.

Too funny ~ the word verification is "marie".

What a precious collage. Did you use an old photograph and zigzag it to the fabric, or did you print onto the fabric. I would love to receive this one. It is so vintage and so very dear. You did a great job.

Your mini collage is pretty. I'm impressed with all you crafters who made more than one or two or three. I barely could get mine together. All in all it turned out pretty sweet.

I sure agree about Antique stores having prices way too high. My hubby and I enjoy the 'looking' and tell one another what we have at home is priceless...ha, ha. We haven't had a free Saturday to go...maybe soon.

I like 'other blogger friends' will look forward to seeing your Valentine collage. Thanks so much for sharing. Your blog is really neat too...just had to add that.
